Concept
Its about the hectic life. Although constant stress is harmful for the body, we remain in the rhythm that we have imposed / hung on ourselves (reference to the plate / music). Also might lead to burnout or drug abuse…
Execution
As a video with music. A table in a corner, a person sitting on a chair, leaning concentrated on the table. The person drinks clear spirit, loudly smashing the shot glass on the table. Music should be quite fast, slightly synth, electro house (cryaotic music). For example, Pixl Galaxy – Voyage. The beats of the music and the smashing of the shot glass should happen synchronously. The sound of the glass hitting the table should be slightly noticeable beisides the music.
The long title of the work: “Go, go with the flow, keep going, ride the wave, ride the wave until the end of my friend.”
At the end and maybe also in the relaxed phases, a different perspective and with psychedelic filters / effects. The person is supposed to stagger.
Maybe also dance performances in between?

The person dressed either in business look or normal office clothes.
